This policy explains what Maplewood Music Studio collects when you use this website, request a trial lesson or enroll a student, and how we use it. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
Trial requests: student name and age, instrument, experience, preferred days, parent or guardian name, email, phone and any notes you add
Enrollment: billing contact, payment method details held by our payment processor (never stored by us) and lesson schedule
Recital photos and recordings, only with written permission from the student or a parent
Basic, anonymous website analytics such as pages viewed
How we use it
To call you back and schedule a trial lesson
To run weekly lessons, send practice plans and share recital details
To bill tuition and send receipts
To improve the website and our programs
Children’s information
Most of our students are children. We collect a child’s information only from a parent or guardian, use it only to teach and schedule lessons, and never use it for advertising. Parents can review or delete their child’s information at any time.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the studio, such as our scheduling and payment tools, and only as much as they need.
Your choices
Ask us to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop sending you studio emails, by writing to the address below. We reply within ten business days.
